Fieldwire Announces Advanced In-App PDF Viewing and Editing Tools for Construction Teams

In conjunction with Fieldwire’s plan viewing tools, project managers and team members have real-time access to the latest plans and information as well as the ability to add notes and markups on-the-fly.

In the past, speciality contractors' on-site teams have had to use ad hoc methods to update and mark up PDF files like spec sheets and other documents — taking notes in one app or, worse, with pen and paper, and then transferring to the original PDFs back at the office. These extra steps increased the potential for missed details and costly rework.
