Anderson Gradel, Construction Success Manager
Professional background before joining Fieldwire
I started my career at Clark Construction in San Diego, where I worked on two different border crossings and a high rise dorm at UCSD. Next, I worked for Layton Construction on a hospital renovation project. Working for large commercial general contractors provided me the opportunity to learn the ins and outs of project management, from pre-con to punchlist. In my previous roles, I used many different software platforms - Fieldwire included!
Tell us about your role at Fieldwire
As a Construction Success Manager (CSM) at Fieldwire, I partner with our customers to create tailored projects and workflows so that they can get the most return on investment (ROI) out of the platform. A typical day for me involves making calls, coordinating with my internal sales and construction teams, and client meetings - including demos, trainings, and check-ins. I get excited to go to work because I love connecting with people and learning about all of the unique and interesting ways our clients use Fieldwire.
Anderson's favorite part of working at Fieldwire
My favorite part about my job is when I help a customer reach an "a-ha!" moment. I am detail-oriented, and I love to get into the weeds of a customer's specific use case. It is so rewarding to see the tangible value that I can provide to our clients - whether it is saving money, time, or headaches.
Anderson's favorite feature of Fieldwire
My favorite Fieldwire feature is Custom Task Attributes because they allow teams to track the exact information they need in a simple and organized manner. Leveraging CTAs has been a game changer for many of the customers I work with.
