Professional background before joining Fieldwire
I worked in the North of the UK for 10 years, after graduating as a Civil Engineer. I worked in roles from Site Engineer to Assistant Project Manager for main contractors, including Kier Construction, on projects such as schools, grade listed refurbishments, hotels and residential spaces.
Tell us about your role at Fieldwire
My role as a CSM (Customer Success Manager) is to act as a strategic advisor for the customer, using my industry knowledge and expertise with the platform to develop key workflows, provide training, and develop their Fieldwire usage. My mission is to ensure they get the quickest ROI possible and are a happy/healthy customer.

I really enjoy solving problems for the customer to make their teams more efficient, while also giving me knowledge that can be used with others moving forward.
Jake's favourite feature of Fieldwire
My favorite Fieldwire feature is one I wish I had access to during my time working in construction: Digital Forms.
How do you think Fieldwire is impacting the construction industry?
The impact from Fieldwire is only positive and will only increase as time goes on. The platform is so easy to pick-up, it really considers the end user and has been developed with the construction worker in mind. Fieldwire has and will continue to improve efficiency on site as well as save customers' time and money, whilst also helping to ensure a quality end product/project.
